An internship program aimed at transforming youth into leaders equipping them to work as an organisation in developing social projects. The interns will work, lead and manage the different verticals of a social organisation structure: IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Field & project work. Benefits of the program would include leadership training, putting the leadership in practice, developing organisation and entreprenuerial skills, a graded leadership certification on completion of the program.

1st batch of 24 interns ( from Apr 2011 to Aug 2011 ) have taken up 4 projects - Funspiration ( inspiration thru' various competitions ), Excel ( Experimental learning with science exp. and videos ), Walk the Talk ( Spoken English Classes ) , Educomp ( Computer Education ). Impacted roughly 300 students. 2nd batch of 20 interns are expected to start by Nov 2011. Will update more info soon.
